Lesson Number One- Gaining water confidence.
This lesson is the foundation for the whole program. If your child does not like the feeling of water on their face then this lesson is your starting point! The practises begin at home in the shower or the bath.

Lesson Number Four- Learning to breathe.
This is where many beginners struggle and may well need extra practise and patience on your part! Timing and technique are crucial and our pupil will only improve by reinforcing the correct practises.

Lesson Number Five- Putting the swimming and the breathing together!
By now our pupil can demonstrate a good swimming technique over a short distance along with breathing and kicking on the float. It is at this point that we put the two together! Every skill learned so far will now be used, everything has been building up to this moment!!
