1. Each lesson plan in the program is intended to help teach a responsible adult how to teach their child to swim. These lessons are not intended for minors to teach themselves.
2. These lessons should only be taught in shallow water, no deeper than chest depth on the pupil.
3. These lessons should only be taught in a safe environment i.e. a swimming pool which is manned by qualified lifeguards.
4. These lessons are not designed to be taught in open water.
5. Water always presents a danger. Minors must never be left unsupervised.
6. I understand and accept that by purchasing this program, Virtualswimteacher.com gives no guarantee of quick success. Every person learns to swim at their own pace. Nervous pupils will take longer than confident ones.
7. I agree to abide by the copyright on each lesson plan.
